My design thinking process

Empathize

I spend time observing and engaging with real users — conducting interviews, seeing how they interact with an existing product.

Define

I create a problem statement that outlines the challenge or problems I intend to solve. This helps to keep the user in focus.

Ideate

Ideation sessions are held in order to generate as many ideas as possible.

Prototype

To maintain a user-centric approach, I create prototypes to turn your ideas into something tangible which can be tested on real users, so as to gather feedback before the main product is developed.

Test

This help me to quickly highlight any design flaws that need to be addressed. Then I make necessary improvements based on the results gotten through user testing.
