Role

I was the Lead UX Designer throughout the project cycle from planning and requirements gathering to strategy, wireframing, and content management. Also collaborated with the development teams to brainstorm ideas and better ways to solve the problem.

Ziga is a platform that helps customers successfully initiate transfers to beneficiaries by making payments to a merchant overseas in their local currency at the time of a business transaction.

This solution was designed to help solve the problem of customers and business owners finding it difficult, and time-consuming to transfer money to foreign countries the traditional way (which is: visit a local bank to make withdrawals, visit the bureau de change to change money to the recipients’ currency and back to the bank to make a deposit).
